is a mature, casual raiding guild. Our membership is varied - students, professionals,
husbands and wives, and friends. Together, we have many years of MMO
experience with some of it dating back to Everquest and beyond. As a guild, our focus is progressing through content with the understanding that real life happens.

policies are not meant to cover every conceivable issue that may arise.
Policies may need to be created or modified "on the fly" to handle
and foremost - respect your guildmates. Please be mature enough to
recognize that we all have bad days. Don't take it personally. If a
personal issue does arise, please try and resolve the issue privately.
If private resolution cannot be reached, members are expected to request
mediation from guild leadership. Feuds and personal vendettas will not
other players. Our reputation on the server is important. Good natured competition is encouraged, being a jerk is not. Complaints from outside of
the guild will be investigated and dealt with at the discretion of

guild of adults, and as such our conversations in vent and gchat will
often veer into "adult" territory. If children are present, members are
expected to let us know so we can *temporarily* keep it clean. Requests to tone it down will be respected, however we're not going to cater specifically to those with thin skin.

How to Join Underguild
can be completed via the "Recruitment" link. Your application will
likely be the guild's first impression. Please keep this in mind when
completing it and avoid text or boneheaded 1337 speak.
Once an application is approved, potential recruits will be asked to join vent for a discussion of the application.
acceptance into the guild, there will be an evaluation period. This
evaluation period will last the longer of two weeks or four complete
raids. It is expected for raiding recruits to fully participate in raids and
other guild functions. Evaluation periods may be adjusted at
evaluation period is complete, all members will be given an opportunity
to vote on offering full membership to a recruit. If a solid majority
votes "Yes" the recruit will be promoted to regular member status.
Raid ID's for all current content are to be saved for the guild. If after the week's raiding is complete and we have not yet hit a zone, members and recruits are free to pug.
Raids start promptly at the appointed time. If you know you are going to be late, please place a note in your raid sign up.
Raids last for three hours. Except in the case of a rare emergency, raiders are expected to stay for the duration of the raid.
raiders are expected to contribute to the supplies necessary for raiding - this means fish for feasts and flasks or herbs for cauldrons. Please take a few minutes of your time and farm. Alternatively, the AH is available for the lazy and/or unmotivated. Repairs are paid for by the guild.
All "formal" weekly raids are schedule via the calendar on the guild website.
All signups for your group will go into a "Main Raider Pool". The deadline for signing up for a raid is noon the day of the raid.
Once signups are full, the raid leader for that group will set raid roles in the signup as well as set people who are requested
to be online as "bench warmers".
People signing up after the deadline will be considered bench warmers unless a role must be filled.
Failure to sign up for a raid prior to the deadline may result in the loss of your raid spot for that week.
Raid approved alternates will be assigned to fill in any gaps in the raid team. Mains can supplant alternates by signing up
before raid time provided the role filled is appropriate.
Those signed up as "tentative" are considered signed up, but will
not be set into the raid makeup until raid time. Tentative
signups that are available at raid time will supplant raid approved
(Note: Raid leader will assign roles based on raid attendance and participation. Bench
warming will be considered as participation ONLY IF you are online and
ready to raid at the appointed raid time and you stay online and
available for at least the first half of the schedule raid time.
We may at times have to rotate active people out from week to week and
we expect folks to handle being asked to sit out with maturity.)
missing two weeks of raids with no explanation, your guild rank may be
set to inactive status and you will have to request that your status be
changed. Please address your request with an officer and be ready to explain your absence.
If you are not available for raids for and extended period of time, you may be set to either inactive or member status and upon your return will need to reapply
for raider status. This policy will apply for both explained and unexplained
absences. As a "casual progression" guild, we need to be able to field
consistent raid teams. This means filling roles as quickly as
possible. Real life does come first (as it should!), but we simply
cannot hold up an entire team waiting on one person's commitments to
work themselves out.
PLEASE communicate using the forums.
Explain absences. If something is private, please feel free to get with an officer either in game or send a PM on the forums. The more information available the better raid roster
decisions can be made.
Consistent disconnections, leaving
early, and any other attendance disruptions that impact the raid group
negatively may also result in your status being set to inactive. Such
disruptive conduct will be reviewed by the officer corps on a case by
